There is a 10-days, no questions, satisfied or refund guarantee for all purchases under the terms of Italian Legislative Decree 206 of 2005.
After the day of delivery, you have 10 days to inform us you would like to benefit the guarantee:

Important. In order to benefit the guarantee, the following conditions apply:
1. the Customer has to clearly write he wants to benefit the Guarantee
2. the purchased product must be returned in the same conditions it was delivered.
3. the product has to be shipped back within 10 days from delivery. Shipping expenses are excluded from refund.

We will carefully check the integrity of products as soon as we get them.
We will then refund the cost of the products via bank transfer.
We will just refund the cost of the product, first shipping expenses are excluded.
